The coding region has been updated to represent an alternative splice variant that is more supported by the available transcript and protein data. The update is supported by BC072418.1, a full-length mRNA. This CCDS previously represented the delta(14-17) variant that is only partially described by RT-PCR analysis in PMID:9115959. However, its full-length exon combination is unknown, and thus the update was made based on a known full-length variant. |
