The Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute Pathogen Sequencing Unit is carrying out a partial shotgun sequencing of several different species of Plasmodium, including P. knowlesi. This project is performed in collaboration with the University of Oxford, England and the University of Glasgow, Scotland.
