This study examines the geographic variation in the calling song, morphology, and ecology of Bartram's round-winged katydid, a species that is distributed in longleaf pine ecosystems along coastal southeastern United States. Sequences of genomic DNA (5 genes) from 18 individuals from 7 populations across the southeastern US were used to determine the phylogenetic relationships among the populations.
