A healthy 2-year-old P. cantorii reared in the breeding center of the Pearl River Fisheries Research Institute, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China, was used for genome sequencing and assembly. Here, we submitted the full-length transcriptome sequences of Pelochelys cantorii.
