Transcriptome of A. sisalana, A. fourcroydes, and Agave hybrid 11648 ((A. amaniensis x A. angustifolia) x A. amaniensis) (H11648) growing under field conditions without irrigation for 7 years in non-calcic brown soil and semi-arid climate. For all cultivars, leaf (central fraction of the proximal-distal axis), root, and stem were sampled at noon. Leaf maturity equivalency was maintained by sampling only the fifth leaf counted from the central spike of each plant.
