Our lab has used next-generation sequencing technology to produce high coverage genome-wide sequence data for a single Eulemur flavifrons individual and a single Eulemur macaco individual, in order to address questions related to the demographic history of the two species, as well as to identify candidate regions that may influence their divergent pigmentation phenotypes.
