In this study, based on high-throughput sequencing of 16SrDNA and ITS amplicons, combined with bioinformatic analysis, we set up to study the effect of inter-treatment on the diversity and community structure of soil microorganisms in drip-irrigated maize during the heading and maturity stages using the treatment of full-mulching (T5) and the treatments of no-mulching (T0) and half-mulching (T3) as controls.
