Description

The cDNA, directionally cloned in the pSPORT1 vector (Life Technologies, Rockville, MD), was constructed at Bioserve Biotechnology (Laurel, MD) essentially following the protocols of the SuperScript Plasmid System full details of which are contained in the manufacturer's Instruction manual (http://www.lifetech.com/). Sublibraries (designated ho, hp, and hq) were made from the first three 35-uL fractions of cDNA from a Sephacryl S-500 HR resin column. EST analysis was performed on the unamplified library at the NIH Intramural Sequencing Center(NISC).
