Description: Protocols: Single cell or near single cell genome bisulfite sequencing was conducted on postimplantation embryos following laser capture micro-dissection. Single cell bisulfites sequencing was conducted on pre-implantation following isolation via mouth pipetting. Genomic DNA was extracted using a Monarch Genomic DNA Purification Kit (NEB). Standard library construction protocols were used.
