    Description

    This copy number gain of 14q11.2q23.1 involves numerous protein-coding genes. Heterozygous duplications contained within the 14q11.2q23.1 region have been identified in multiple individuals with severe neurological impairments, seizures, and variable facial dysmorphisms (Yeung 2009, Cetin 2018, Wannenmacher 2016, Cetin 2018, Wannenmacher 2016).
