Description

The c.12218G>T (p.R4073L) alteration is located in exon 41 (coding exon 40) of the TNXB gene. This alteration results from a G to T substitution at nucleotide position 12218, causing the arginine (R) at amino acid position 4073 to be replaced by a leucine (L).
