Description

The c.2819A>G (p.D940G) alteration is located in exon 21 (coding exon 21) of the DIS3 gene. This alteration results from a A to G substitution at nucleotide position 2819, causing the aspartic acid (D) at amino acid position 940 to be replaced by a glycine (G).
