Genomic approach in B-cell Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia: molecularly distinct subgroups of patients with 13q14 deletion

(Submitter supplied) B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL) is characterized by a highly variable clinical course that reflects its heterogeneous genomic pattern.
