IQ-USP Gracilaria tenuistipitata 4.6K v1.0

(Submitter supplied) A 4,608-element DNA microarray was printed containing unique internal fragments of 1,448 CDS spotted at least in duplicate. DNA fragments ranging from 200 to 800 bp were PCR amplified from an EST library. PCR products in 50% DMSO were spotted with a Generation III Spotter (GE Healthcare, Little Chalfont, England) and kept in low humidity (<15%) until use.
