Gefitinib sensitivity in NSCLC cell lines

(Submitter supplied) Eleven NSCLC cell lines with widely divergent gefitinib sensitivities were compared using gene expression. Genes associated with gefitinib response were used to classify additional NSCLC lines with unknown gefitnib sensitivity.
