Title Transcriptome profiling of mRNAs in cortex of normal rats
Organism Rattus norvegicus

Summary We analyzed transcriptomic characteristic of motor cortex from Sprague-Dawley rat brain.
 
Overall design We selected 3 normal Sprague-Dawley rats. The motor cortex was stripped from brain tissue, and total RNAs were extracted according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Qualified total RNA was further purified. We complete the construction of sequencing sample library. The number of fragments of each gene was counted, and then normalized. Finally, the FPKM value of each gene was calculated by Perl script.
