Data processing |
Scanned images of microarray chips were analyzed using Affymetrix Expression Console with the default RMA settings. Raw data were processed and normalized on basis of organism human using RMA algorithm. The normalized data (CHP files) processed for the differential miRNA analysis in Affymetrix TAC software.
