FoxD1-GC;tdTomato were used, antagomir-132 or scramblemir was injected i.v. at 40 mg/kg bodyweight, and unilateral ureter obstruction was performed. 10 days after surgery, mice were sacrificed, kidneys removed and dissociated followed by FACS-mediated isolation of Tomato-positive cells, as described in corresponding manuscript.
