Summary: Analysis of primary visual cortex (V1) under conditions of binocular deprivation by dark-rearing (DR) or monocular deprivation (MD). Animals subjected to DR from birth till postnatal day (P) 27 or to MD from P11-12 to P27. Results provide insight into the role of visual activity in V1 development.
