Analysis of effect of Tat transactivation during cell cycle. HeLa CD4+ cells transfected with epitope-tagged Tat plasmid or parental vector pCEP4. Cells synchronized with cell cycle blocker hydroxyurea or nocodazole and sampled at 0, 3, 6 and 9 hours.
