Analysis of myometrial biopsies obtained from the lower uterine segment in nulliparous Caucasian women undergoing cesarean section for dystocia (slow progressing labor). Results provide insight into the molecular mechanisms underlying dystocia in nulliparous women in spontaneous labor.
