Analysis of RAW264.7 macrophage cells infected with Toxoplasma gondii RH type I. T. gondii is a ubiquitous parasite that infects and reproduces in nucleated cells of warm-blooded animals. Results provide insight into host cell functions altered in T. gondii infections.
