High occupational exposure to nickel: peripheral blood mononuclear cell
Summary:
Analysis of peripheral blood mononuclear cells from 8 nickel refinery workers. Occupational exposure to nickel is associated with an increased risk of lung and nasal cancers. Results provide insight into molecular mechanisms underlying nickel carcinogenesis.
