Summary:
Correlation of HIV integration sites to gene activity in SupT1 (T cell), PBMC (peripheral blood mononuclear cell), and IMR90 (lung fibroblast) cell lines infected with an HIV-based vector. Results provide insight into sites preferred in HIV integration.
