DNase II and type I interferon receptor double null mutation effect on fetal liver
Summary:
Analysis of fetal livers of E14.5 embryos lacking DNaseII (DNase2-/-) and type I interferon receptor (Ifnar-/-) or DNaseII alone. DNase2-/- embryos exhibit dysregulated interferon target genes and die in utero. DNase2-/-, Ifnar-/- embryos exhibit normal interferon target gene regulation and survive.
