SRX6048010: Anchored Hybrid Capture Sarcophagidae Phylogeny
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2500) run: 1.5M spots, 191.2M bases, 103.8Mb downloads

Design: The sequences were obtained by Anchored Hybrid Enrichment, an exon capture method where fragmented genomic DNA extracts for each fly species are hybridized to a custom set of tiled oligonucleotide probes designed to match orthologous exons in the Diptera genome. Hybridized fragments are isolated by magnetic beads and a library is constructed. sequencing of pooled libraries is carried out on Illumina MySeq or HighSeq sequencers using single-read in the NCSU Genomic Sequencing Laboratory. Reads are demultiplexed, trimmed, and assembled using Trinity v.2.4 software.
