SRX18439512: WGS of recombinant phages formed by plating Mycobacteriophage Island3 on Butters lysogen

Design: The genomic DNA was randomly sheared into short fragments by using the NEB Ultra II library prep kit. The obtained fragments were end repaired, A-tailed and further ligated with Illumina adapter. The fragments with adapters were PCR amplified, size selected, and purified.
