Study: Eupeodes corollae Transcriptome or Gene expression
show Abstracthide Abstract
Predatory syrphid larvae are the most important natural enemies of aphids in cotton agro-ecosystem.To better understanding of molecular mechanisms of predator syrphid olfaction, systematic identification of major chemosensory genes will be the first step to figure out important molecular functions. Therefore, we performed Illumina HiSeq 2000 sequencing of the antennal transcriptome of adult male and female.
Sample: The antennae of female Metasyrphus corollae
