SRX5331996: RNA-Seq of tawny crazy ant queens under artificial diet rep4
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 4000) run: 25M spots, 3.7G bases, 1.3Gb downloads

Design: PolyA mRNA was fragmented and reverse-transcribed to cDNA for sequencing. The samples were sequenced (75-base-pair, paired-end sequencing) on 8 sequencing lanes.
Submitted by: Texas A&M University
Study: Nylanderia fulva isolate:TAMU-Nful-2015 Genome sequencing and assembly
show Abstracthide Abstract
The genome of the tawny crazy, Nylanderia fulva, was sequenced to provide a resource for targeting genes using RNAi approaches for controlling this invasive pest ant. and for providing genomic resources to the community of researchers studying ants. Genomic DNA was extracted from pooled whole bodies of individual worker ants from a single colony from Texas City, Texas, U.S.A.
