SRX8862687: transcriptomic analysis of XX fugu gonad under MT treatment

Design: mRNA was isolated by NEBNext Poly (A) mRNA Magnetic Isolation Module (New England Biolabs Inc., Ipswich, MA, USA). The cDNA library was constructed following the manufacturers instructions of NEBNext Ultra RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (New England Biolabs Inc., Ipswich, MA, USA 0) and NEBNext Multiplex Oligos for Illumina (New England Biolabs Inc., Ipswich, MA, USA). In briefly, the enriched mRNA was fragmented into approximately 202nt RNA inserts, which were used to synthesize the first-strand cDNA and the second cDNA. The double-stranded cDNA was performed end-repair/dA-tail and adaptor ligation. The suitable fragments were isolated by Agencourt AMPure XP beads (Beckman Coulter, Inc. Beverly, MA, USA), and enriched by PCR amplification.
