SRX7914580: Illumina WGS sequencing of Parastagonospora nodorum: 16FG159
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2500) run: 21.3M spots, 6.4G bases, 2.4Gb downloads

Design: Library preparation was carried out by Novogene. DNA purity was determined using Nanodrop OD260/280 ratio. Agarose gel electrophoresis was used to check for degradation and contamination. The concentration of DNA was determined using a Qubit 2.0. The library was constructed using a standard Illumina TruSeq PCR-free kit, with 2*150bp PE reads and a 350bp insert size.

Isolates of the fungal plant pathogen Parastagonospora nodorum were sequenced for population analysis and discovery of alleles associated with pathogenicity. Isolates were collected from Western Australia between the years 1972 and 2016, and were isolated by single spore reculturing.
