Sequences generated through meta-transcriptomics from non-engorged females of the mosquito Culex pipiens. Females were collected in Egypt, France, Italy, Spain and Tunisia in 2015. Two pools of females were sequenced per country. Pools contained approximately between 150 and 2500 females per pool.
