show Abstracthide AbstractThis project contains 12 transcriptomes derived from RNA isolated from female reproductive tissues. The reproductive tissues included in the samples are uterus, spermatheca, ovaries, and oviduct. Samples were collected from 4 times points with three replicates per time point. The time points include virgin females at 5 days post eclosion, mated females (5 days post eclosion) 2-4 hours post-mating, 24 hours post-mating, and 72 hours post-mating. Each replicate was generated from the pooled reproductive tissues from 5 individuals.
