To clarify the features of genomic structural variation emerged in the natural history of chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection, we performed Single-molecule real-time sequencing for nearly whole genome of HBV extracted from 25 sera derived from 10 cases of non-treated chronic HBV infection. The registered data are the High Fidelity reads generated by five or more passes of DNA polymerase on the circular template using the circular consensus sequencing method.
