SRX24340742: WGS of Eulemur rufifrons
1 OXFORD_NANOPORE (MinION) run: 36.6M spots, 58.8G bases, 48.5Gb downloads

Design: DNA was isolated from the skin sample with Monarch High Molecular Weight (HMW) Extraction Kit for Tissue (New England Biolabs) and from the spleen sample withDNeasy Blood and Tissue kit (Qiagen). Two library preps were performed with Field Sequencing Kit (Oxford Nanopore SQK-LRK001) using HMW DNA and five library preps were performed with Ligation Sequencing kit (Oxford Nanopore SQK-LSK109) using both HMW and non-HMW DNA. Ligation Sequencing kit prepared libraries were eluted in up to 48 microliters and separated into 12 microliter aliquots. All libraries were sequenced for up to 72 hours on a total of ten R9.4.1 minION flow cells. The FAST5 files produced across all sequencing efforts were re-basecalled using Dorado (v. 0.3.4, model r941_min_sup_g507).
