SRX24468023: ChIP sequencing of S. cerevisiae meiotic DNA samples
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina NovaSeq 6000) run: 36.3M spots, 3.7G bases, 1.2Gb downloads

Design: S. mikatae and S. cerevisiae meiotic cells were mixed at 1:10 ratio. Chromatin was isolated from the synchronized meiotic culture at 4h time point. The chromatin was sheared by sonication and anti-Hop1 antibody was used to isolate DNA associated with Hop1 protein. The DNA was purified.

Study: Hop1 ChIP-Seq data in S. cerevisiae
show Abstracthide Abstract
Hop1 is a meiotic chromosome axis protein, critical for meiotic recombination. To determine Hop1 binding sites in wild type and hop1 mutant strain during meiosis, we performed ChIP-Seq analysis in S. cerevisiae SK1 background. The files submitted contain raw sequence data for Hop1 ChIP-Seq analysis in the S. cerevisiae SK1 strain.
