Study: Plasmodium vivax AmpliSeq Assay
show Abstracthide Abstract
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) developed a highly-multiplex genotyping based AmpliSeq assay to monitor the surveillance of imported Plasmodium vivax (Pv) cases in the United States from Pv endemic regions. The goal of this project is to 1) report the drug resistance mutations for the P.vivax molecular resistance markers, 2) Predict the geographic origin of the P.vivax infected samples and 3) Genetic clustering to identify the closely related P.vivax strains.
Sample: Highly-multiplexed AmpliSeq assay for P. vivax surveillance
