SRX24762397: Whole Genome sequence of dengue type 4: adult patient's plasma
1 OXFORD_NANOPORE (GridION) run: 1,617 spots, 1.4M bases, 1.2Mb downloads

Design: RNA of dengue virus was extracted and converted to cDNA using random primer. cDNA was amplified using a PCR tiling method with 11 overlapping serotype-specific primers. PCR products were combined and sequenced using the Oxford Nanopore Technology (ONT) platform.
Submitted by: Division of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever Research
Study: Genome sequence of dengue virus isolated from adult patients in Thailand.
show Abstracthide Abstract
Sequencing of the dengue virus isolated from adult patients enrolled in a dengue clinical trial (Efficacy and Safety of Ivermectin Against Dengue Infection, Clinicaltrials.gov ID: NCT02045069). This clinical trial was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of ivermectin in adult dengue patients in Thailand.
