Design: Libraries were prepared from 100 ng of DNA with the Illumina DNA Prep Kit (Illumina) and Unique Dual Indexed oligonucleotides (IDT). PCR amplification was performed for 5 cycles. Libraries were quantified by a fluorimetric method and their quality assessed on a Fragment Analyzer (Agilent Technologies). Sequencing was performed as a 2x150 cycles
