(Submitter supplied) Background: Responses to hypoxia have been investigated in many species; however, comparative study between conspecific geographical populations in different altitude regions is rare, especially for invertebrates . The migratory locust, Locusta migratoria, is widely distributed both on high-altitude Tibetan Plateau (TP) and on low-altitude North China Plain (NP). Locust 20k 60-mer oligo array

(Submitter supplied) Oligos are arrayed in Greiner 384-well flat-bottom plates. Each well contains 600 pmol of 70-mer oligo. Resuspend oligos in water to 20 uM and rearray 5 µL into 384-well, Genetix polystyrene V-bottom plates (cat# X6004). Allow Genetix plates to dry through passive water evaporation in a protected environment (e.g., chemical hood). Before printing, add 5 µL of 1X Printing Buffer to each well.
