Manufacture protocol 1. 70-mer universal RNA controls were synthesized with AminoC6 modification at the 5' end
2. Oligos are stored in Greiner 384-well flat-bottom plates. Each well contains 600 pmol of 70-mer oligo.
3. Oligos stored at -80℃
4. Allow oligos to thaw at room temperature
5. Shake plate for 1 min
6. Centrifuge plates at 2500 rpm for 1 min
7. Remove seals and cover with plate lids
8. Load the plates in a proper order onto a plate tower
9. Array design with replicated genome in separated blocks
10.Microarray spotting with a humidifier to keep constnet moisture in the chamber
11. Array platform is properly leveled and examined for each direction
12. Printing pins washed with sonication to avoid smaple contamination carry over
