On the basis of the collection, mapping and annotation of over 28,000 full-length cDNA clones from japonica rice(Science Jul 18 2003: 376-379), we have constructed a monitoring system that uses the sequence information of the full-length cDNA clones as a 60mer-single stranded oligonucleotide format. Probes on the array (ca 22,000) cover the whole transcription units corresponding to 28K full-length cDNA clones
