Description
This is identical to GPL570 but a custom CDF environment was used to extract data. The custom chip definition file (CDF) was based on Ensembl transcript annotation (Hs133P_Hs_ENST_version10.CDF) rather than Affymetrix annotation (Dai et al., PMID: 16284200). The CDF can be found at the link below.
