Title mRNA of fed and starved C. elegans L1 larvae 3 generations following control, short-term dauer or long-term dauer conditions
Organism Caenorhabditis elegans
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary N2 worms were subjected to control (well-fed), short-term dauer (6 d), or long-term dauer (40 - 49 d) conditions. Worms were recovered and maintained well-fed for 3 generations. F3 progeny were collected as fed or starved L1 larvae.

Overall design 6 conditions include: control fed, control starved, short-term dauer fed, short-term dauer starved, long-term dauer fed, and long-term dauer starve. 3-12 biological replicates were sequenced per condition
