Title Gene expression profiling of tumors harvested from mice exhibiting diet-induced obesity (DIO mice) relative to lean control mice (control mice)
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary Gene expression profiling by microarray analysis of tumors formed from inoculation of the established human breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-468 in two groups of mice: lean control and DIO mice.

Overall design This two-condition experiment, comparing tumors harvested from lean control vs. DIO B6.Rag1-/- mice (Jackson Laboratory, Bar Harbor, ME), employed Agilent 2-color arrays to analyze 3 independent biological replicates in each group.
