Summary Goal: We employed ChIP-seq to identify direct targets of regulation of the Candida albicans SREBP transcription regulator Cph2.
 
Overall design Full genome chromatin immunoprecipitation of Candida albicans wild-type reference strain vs. a myc-tagged version of a transcription regulator. One growth condition, three biological replicates of the mutant and one untagged control. ChIP-seq data generated with Illumina HiSeq2500.
