Series GSE119966 Query DataSets for GSE119966
Status Public on Dec 15, 2023
Title Experimental promoter identification of a representative food-borne pathogen Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium LT2 with near single base-pair resolution (RNA-seq)
Organism Salmonella enterica subsp. enterica serovar Typhimurium str. LT2
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary RpoD is a houskeeping sigma factor and RpoN is an alternative one. It was identified their intragenic and intergenic binding sites and association with the RNA polymerase.

Overall design The bacteria were grown up to mid-log phase, cultured in M9 minimal media with 0.2% glucose. The experiments were conducted in biological duplicate.
