Title |
Klf5 confers embryonic and extra-embryonic bi-potential cell fate in early blastomeres and embryonic stem cells |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
This study determines the genome-wide binding profile of a V5-tagged KLF5 transription factor exogenously expressed in mouse embryonic stem cells.
|
|
|
Overall design |
V5 ChIP-seq was performed in wild type mouse ES cells overexpressing a V5-tagged KLF5 protein, and in wild-type D3 mouse ES cells as a control. Normal IgGs pulldowns and input DNA were also sequenced as controls.
