Summary The purpose of this study was to elucidate the transcriptome of ERβ expressing MDA-MB-231 cells following treatment with veh, E2, TNFα, or E2+TNFα.
 
Overall design ERβ-expressing MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with ethanol vehicle or 1nM E2 for 5 days, followed by 3 hours of 20ng/ml TNFα in replicates of 3.
