Title |
ATACSeq and genome-wide binding profile of EBF1 and Pax5 to unravel molecular networks driving leukemia in Ebf1+/-Pax5+/- (dHet) B-ALL mice. |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
ATACSeq, EBF1 ChIPSeq and Pax5 ChIPSeq of dHet B-ALL, dHet proB and wt proB cells.

Overall design |
ATACSeq, EBF1 ChIP and Pax5 ChIP were performed on the pro-B cell lines and dHet B-ALL cell lines. The pro-B cell lines were established by culturing c-Kit+ fetal liver cells of Ebf1+/+ Pax5+/+ Rag2-/- or Ebf1+/-Pax5+/-Rag2-/- cells. Ebf1+/-Pax5+/- dHet B-ALL cell lines were established using bone marrow CD19+AA4.1hi cells.
